产品概述

ATP3330和ATP5330是奥谱天成新开发的一款超薄、制冷型、超高分辨率微型光谱仪,ATP3330和ATP5330是基于奥谱天成自主研发的M型光路结构,具有非凡的超高分辨率;同时,它采用制冷的2048或4096像素线阵探测器,达到了极致的超高分辨率,最高分辨率可达0.05nm,适用于各种高分辨率应用场合,同时具备高可靠性、超高速、低成本、高性价比等特性,可适应在线测试等各种环境用途的微型光谱仪

   ATP3330为非制冷的,ATP5330则采用TEC电制冷,制冷温度-5℃,大大降低了光谱仪的暗电流和噪声,提高了光谱仪的动态范围和信噪比,同时提高了光谱仪的环境适应性。ATP5330P则采用制冷背照式CCD,信噪比更优。

ATP3330和ATP5330可接收SMA905光纤输入光或者自由空间光通过USB2.0或者UART端口输出测量所得的光谱数据

ATP3330只需要一个5V直流电源供电或直接从USB接口取电,非常便于集成使用。ATP5330则需要额外的5V电源。
